I am in the US so I am not sure if you can buy it or not in the UK. However, here it is ridiculously priced and way cheaper to make your own. This blog gives good instructions on how to grind it yourself:

I know u can get almond milk off of a website - but is major expensive as well x0

Try to look for a Middle-Eastern shop if you can find one. A lot of their pastries involve almond flour and it's usually cheaper than in health food stores0
