1.90 meters (6'3"): Goals?

I'd like to get down to 75-80 kg (165-176 lbs)--that was a fantastic weight for running and road cycling. (can't do the former any more, have to concentrate on the later).
There is a term in cycling lore- that I find repugnant and realized that it fit me: CLYDESDALE!
Yuck!
Big Mig (Miguel Induran, 5 time Tour De France champion) was like 1.9 meters and 80 kgs--and he really really cranked out the wattage (power) on and off the saddle. He remains the standard barrier. And the inspiration!
