NEW TO FITNESS PAL

Hi, I'm new to this Fitness Pal and hope to lose around 2 stone (but 3 stone would be nicer). I have managed to pile on the pounds since I stopped smoking in January and have gained over a stone since then. I was overweight before I stopped smoking so this aint really helping.

I just lurve to eat and have a very sweet tooth - I'm going to try and lose the weight nice and slowly and evenly (hopefully). I do really struggle at weekends!!!

I have bought the 30 Day Body Shred DVD by Jillian Michaels and started that last night - everything aches today!! I'll try to keep it up for the next 30 days and if I manage to do this I will post my before and after pics to see if I my body has changed. Wish me luck!!!

    Wecome and good luck- take measurements as well as photos. I didn't and really regret it! Sometimes the scales just aren' t enough!
