PoIve just got the 30 day shred and I was wondering how many cals you burn doing it...i have not tried it yet but couldnt find on here. The whole reason I got this was because of the stories on here of how people have done on it. Like I said I know nothing about it do you do it everyday?....open to any suggestions about it.

262 calories I burn on it.

And yeah it's every day for 30 days 10 days on level 1 10 on level 2 and 10 days on level 3.

She is a hard though, she makes you work!!

And there isn't any harm in taking a days break here and there, it's just recommended for 30 days straight to get the full workout from it!

I completed this 2 weeks ago lost 9 inches total, 3 of that off waist and lost 4 lbs. Take measurements now and begin, do each level for 10 days, if you miss a day dont stop just keep going. Take before and after pics, You will see a difference:) you can see my side view as my profile pic and my front view is on my pictures, of my results. It took me several attempts to complete the dvd, seemed like something would always stop me. I joined a 30 day shred support group and completed the whole thing with them, with some rest days, so it took like 36 days. Being in and reporting to the group helped alot. Good Luck!!

I marked it as circuit training. Its best to use a HRM to know for sure how many calories you are buring. Its a 30 day program. It has 3 levels. All you need is hand weights and a matt if your working out on a hard surface. You can do it daily but can also take rest days if you feel you need one. Rest breaks meaning your body feels like you need one not the devil on your shoulder. lol Your suppose to advance to the next level when you feel your ready. I had planned on 10 days/ level but did move up after 8 days on level 2. Its intense but after the 4th day on each level it got much easier.... well never easy but you know what I mean. I completed in last Sunday and was very happy with the results. I am doing Ripped in 30 now. Loving that as well. What can I say, I am a Jillian Junky! Good luck and enjoy it. 20 minutes a day is do-able. Hope that helps
