Analog vs Digital

Which scale is better? The digital scale at the gym says one number and the analog scale at home says a different. There's a huge difference in the two numbers. Which should I believe?

Good question! Personally, I prefer digital scales, but I'm not sure if they are necessarily more accurate or not...0

You could test them by holding a 25lb weight and see how accurately it goes up.
Either way, stick with ONE of those measurements, and continue to go by it. It'll be more reliable then using different scales.
Also weigh yourself at the same time of the day, early mornings before you eat preferably, before your weight fluctuates throughout the day.0 -
The old school weight and measure like your doctor still uses.0

we get one of my husbands 20 lb weights, and put it on the scale to see if it's accurate..you could try that..find something that says weight on it, and test both scales..good luck0
