I may be missing something, but what is the point of knowing how much of our logged calories are coming from fat/carbs/protein unless we know what the target rates for these ought to be? How do we determine that? Is that just a personal decision, or is there some guidance about that on this site?

your target rate is the # they give you.0

you can customize your own amounts of macronutrients (fat, carbs, and protein) in the goals section, under customize my own...that is what i do because i follow a certain ratio :flowerforyou:0

Sorry, stupid question! I see the target amounts now, and how to change them. Thanks :blushing:0
