Does anybody ELSE have the kind of body that simply shuts down the metabolism (exercise or not -- I've been doing 5 days a week) after a couple of weeks of nearly ANY form of diet? Starting from about my fourth week, I just moved into the "constantly-dead-tired" mode. I also hit a plateau at about the same time. Now, although I've been increasing my calories, I'm finding myself dragging more and more day-by-day, when I SHOULD be feeling energized by the exercise. Anybody else find that all attempts to peel pounds result in this? How do you cope?

No, that doesn't sound normal to me. I mean, I get plateau's, but don't have the energy problems unless I'm eating something I'm allergic to. Have you seen a doctor?0

Sounds like you're not resting, and possibly missing some crutial macros.0

The doctors always claim that I'm perfectly healthy -- and then point out that I need to lose weight (EYE ROLL!!! NSS!!!).0
