Hi im Bree. Im gonna start using this site every day to track what i eat. I would like to start doing P90x every day to help loose weight and gain muscle but my schedule is SO hectic with work and school. I like running but havent found any time for that either. :(

    Hi, Bree. Welcome to MFP! I know it can be challenging to add a workout routine into a busy schedule. Try adding a little bit at a time. Getting some exercise is better than none. Good luck.

    I know it sucks, but you can do it. I was in school and was the one finacial supporting my family of three. All i did was wake up one hour earlier and did it then. Yes i know it sucks and sleep is valuable, but if you do this your day goes so much better. Friend me if you need help.
