Day #2 - New Year New Commitment - Meal suggestions

I figured If I can commit to do this for 2 weeks, then I can then start up with a personal trainer again. I find it motivates me to get on the tread mill. Still struggling with the meal planning. Some items I thought were good choices have proven poor. Learned so much already. Looking for dinner Ideas.

    Last night I made chicken parm in the oven no oil and very little bread crumbs, then had a side of whole grain pasta and low fat marinara and a side of veggies. It was so yummy!

    Do you like rice pilaf? You could make rice pilaf with any lean meat and a side of your fav veggie.
