Hello Fitness Pals,
51 year old "over the hill" fellow looking to lose another 19 pounds above the 32 I've already dropped.
Doctor said "borderline Diabetic" on June 2nd when I weighed 276. Last weight on the scale was 244.
I figured this would be a good way to track my calorie intake and lose the last of the weight I need to.
Looks like a very easy weight plan to deal with. So I say, Hello All!
