Hey,
I'm a freshly 23 year old male and I feel like I'm letting my prime pass me by. I want to lose weight to build confidence (especially with women) along with just being able to do things I love (play tennis, basketball, football, soccer, baseball) without having to worry about throwing up ha. I'm at 225 right now and I want to eventually get down to 185 and then keep going down from there! I'm using the Nike Training Club (even though it's made for women, it still kicks my butt) and running.
