Are these nutrition labels accurate?

Stop and Shop makes these sugar-free chocolate muffins and the nutrition label says that the serving is 1/2 muffin and it is 75 calories per serving. So the whole muffin is only 150 calories, and these muffins are really really big... so I don't even see how that's possible. Could the nutrition label be wrong, or am I just being paranoid?

I heard this on the Hungry Girl show on Food Network: Nutrition labels can be legally off by 20%.
So they're not entirely accurate.0 -
i suppose it's possible about 1/3 a cup of flour = 150 cals, so depending on how big they are and what add ins it contains it could be close tot hat amount0
