hi-- having a hard time truly figuring out the calories in pasta. they give it by weight on the package-- but its that BEFORE or AFTER cooking? plus, its kinda hard to weigh cooked noodles!
any ideas?

Weigh it before cooking - the package refers to uncooked weight unless it specifies otherwise.0

BEFORE, 85g is 310 cals usually. Get a food scale, they are excellent! I bought one for pasta a year ago (even though we eat it <1x month) and I weigh absolutely everything now, it's addictive like MFP!0
