Changing Perspective - an overeating challenge

I've decided I can no longer focus about the weight on the scale. That approach worked in the beginning, but it's working now so it's time for a change.

I've decided to make a goal of making it 30 days straight without overeating! (Including the exercise calories :happy: ) I keep thinking "I'm doing good" but looking back on this past week, I only had 1 day that I came under and today I went over by 400 calories.

I have added a ticker (found at tickerfactory.com) to keep me honest! If I know there are a few hundred people watching me, it's easier to stick to!

So today I start a challenge for myself and challenge you to join me, to make it 30 days without going over! Who's with me?

    I'll do it too! I have been good for 10 days (my record) so if I can be good for another 30 i'll really be on my way to some serious weight loss! :bigsmile:
