I'm leaving in a few minutes - what healthy foods do you buy at Costco? I love their produce, Amy's vegetarian burritos, Laughing Cow cheese (light), Veggie Straws... what do you buy that I don't know about??

I usually buy the rotisserie chicken and some salad and eat that for a few days. They also have those healthy choice fudge bars that are only 100 calories each. I like the nature valley granola bars too.0

I work so I need something easy and cheap so I buy Amylu - Sweet Carmelized Onion Chicken Burgers I love them. Stick em in the microwave for 55 seconds add some bbq sauce and you have a 150 calorie, 24g protein lunch on you hands!0

organic apple slices! They are unbelievable! This weekend, my Costco also had 2 mini watermelons that are delicious as well. Also, dark chocolate covered acai berries - great healthy treat. Light english muffins, ground turkey breast...I could go on and on.
Oh and sugar-free applesauce containers! 50 calories a pop and the granny smith ones don't need extra sweetener.0 -
Lilydale turkey bacon! Only 25 cals a slice... soooo delish!0

I buy my chewing gum there, which is better than me eating a donut. I also get almonds in large containers, and parcel them out into 1/4 cup servings. Great snack that keeps the hunger pangs away.
Fresh fruit is always a good bet. Avoid all the processed crap.0 -
The giant 4kg box of frozen chicken breasts. They are perfectly portioned that they really are always 100g each which is only 85 cals. It's 4kg for $28 in Canada, it's in a big red box, Harvest Chicken.
Their produce is always overpriced and not high quality to justify it. For high quality go to Longos, for fair prices great quality Loblaws and for good quality great prices No Frills and to a lesser extent Walmart.0 -
When I lived in the States I would buy Jarlsberg light, salmon, Clif Kid twisted fruit (awesome!), rotisserie chicken, World Gormet Garden Veggie Straws, bottled water, fruit, and veggies. I'm sure that there is more but it's been so long...0

Fresh blueberries. Frozen blueberries. Frozen protein: salmon, steak, chicken. Clif bar minis. A case of their egg beaters (costco brand). Raw almonds. We freeze them and they thaw beautifully. Also wine. ; )0
