Hello eveyone. I am not new to MFP, but I need help. I am now involved with a weight loss challenge at work and really want to win. I am the yongest in the challenge but am one of the top people with weight to loss. I am 23 and have about 80 pounds to loss. Now I know that i wont loss that in the 90 days but I am just saying in general. I am also a new father to a beautiful 8 month old baby boy. I guess what I am really trying to ask here is if there is anyone out there that can help motivate me. I know i can loss weight. I have lost almost 60 pounds before but then put it all back on. But now it is different, I have a reason to care again. If there are any takers I would love the help. for the 90 days and beyond. I am going to work my @$$ of (literally).

You should make a mini goal...How much is viable, doable, and healthy in the time you have to lose the weight??0 -
I am shooting for 60 lbs. by May 14th 2012 (my 40th birthday).0

Working my butt off (well hopefully not because I want JLO buns  ) at the gym 5 days a week. I am actually considering getting a personal trainer. I have the extra money and I think they would know what I need to work on.
Sorry if you have already listed this but what is your starting weight for your challenge?0 -

P90X is the way to go! Start with the Lean Version and then once you complete it move into the Classic Version.0 -
