    Brussel sprouts are my favourite vegetable.

    I, too, prefer adult carrots to baby ones. I don't peel them though - just scrub them clean. Yum!

    Edited to add: actual tiny carrots, like Hutterite baby carrots, are amazing - sweet and crunchy! The 'baby carrots' in stores are gross though. They're so wet!

    Everything! Radishes, zucchini, and asparagus are probably my favorites! I love using sliced zucchini in place of potato chips or crackers if I have some nice dip!
