Frustrated!

General complain...
Although general I've felt I've done quite well so far and can tell a difference, I've had a bad today today.
For the first time since joining and checking in ym calories and exercise I've gone over my calorie limit, (totally didn't realise how many calories a jacket potato and turkey drumsticks had in them) and feel all annoyed. I know that one day wont mess everything up and i'm not going to put on another 10lbs because of it but just bit annoyed because I've been trying to keep up with everything and now I'm over.
Trying to keep positive but it's frustrating sometimes when it's hard to see any difference. I've done aerobics (using home dvd) for the last two days and my thighs are kinda sore, worried when i wake up they'll be too sore to do more, but got a new dvd through the post today and really wanted to try it out tomor morning but don't want to stuff up my legs either. I've tried stretching for longer and stuff but I guess I'll just have to deal with achy legs til my body gets a bit more used to things. It seems I want to do more exercise than my body does?
Sorry for this being so long, thanks for listening

Even more frustrated because all I want right now is some chocolate or crisps but trying to tell myself that even if I have one packet it wont fulfill my cravings so I'd better not, otherwise likely to go on a binge Got some ice pops in the freezer which are essentially just water, no sugar etc in them so can eat as many as I like but not quite the same as a mars bar eh...0

hang in there..10 pounds is nothing to shrug off. Also, you will eventually work past the being too sore point. Just push through it.0

I know you don't want to hear it, but it is just one day and you'll do better tomorrow. You can't expect to be perfect everyday. That just isn't long term realistic. Take this as an educational experience and move on. If you go over a day you can balance out the next. Or just take a walk after dinner. You don't have to do anything too taxing if you're sore.0
