So I have started lifting weights and alternating between arms and legs, and doing some abs each day. I log it into the excercise journal but it doesn't say that it burns any calories. Why is that? I'm sure they burn calories but I guess it's not a significant source? lol i'm a rookie at this so I have no clue

Search strength training as a cardiovascular exercise and then you can log it.0

It is because they don't know how many repitition you are doing,,,, you could find out and add it to your exercice yourself....
I have not done it but was told you can...0 -
