Working Out While Sick??

I think a lot of people use it as an excuse to not work out.
I saw an intro here last night that used that and something else to explain why they hadn't started working out in like 3 weeks.
Your best bet is find something you can at least do at home, to not feel completely lazy. I can see not wantin to be out in public in case you have a situation (no jersey shore). But there's dozens of workouts you could do without leaving the house, simple bodyweight exercises is a good start.
Semi-related. I've called in sick once (for work) in 12yrs.
Back in highschool , to go camping.
