I'm new to this site though not to weight loss. I'm almost 21 (turning 21 on Saturday) and in college currently studying nursing. I am 5'9"/5'10" and currently 190 lbs which is way too heavy. I got down to 150 lbs in high school at 5'8" through unhealthy means so this time around I'm doing it the slow, healthy way. I plan on get 100-120 min of cardio per day 6 days per week plus walking to and from my classes. I'm eating really clean and working hard. It's really hard being overweight in college. I'm sick of watching my life pass me by. It's good to have support though so here I am
