Started this week!!

Hello,

I just started this week, and am happy that I have only had one day that I went over my calorie intake. That was yesterday and not to make excuses but I did go out to dinner last night. I am really hoping this program works, while I do not exercise I would like to start, and am hoping this is a way for me to feel motivated to stat walking.

    I started on Monday too! So far I'm doing well and I hope to continue. I started riding a 15 minute program on the stationary bike (Did you all know it's not just a clothes hanger! Go figure!) and am 3/3 this week. I'm just talking myself through it and reading all I can here of the encouragement. We can do this!! It's our decision! we can do this!
