Ok so im trying to get back on track. I did great before lost 15lb and maintained well. Then I went to Bahamas for my honeymoon and gained 5lbs and now im struggling to get back on track to lose these 5lbs. Any suggestions/advice that might help plz share. Thanks

Not sure if this helps, but I find if I gain back a bit because of a vacation or a stressful time period, I'm most motivated to get back on track if I mentally reset my weight to the higher one. I have to stop thinking of it as "the 5lbs I regained and now have to lose all over again" and think of it as restarting my healthy lifestyle at my current weight. Good luck!0
