HELP - I use a PEDOMETER to count my STEPS per day. How wou

I'm trying to add an exercise to my plan. I use a Pedometer every day to log my steps. I do not see a way to log my steps as an exercise. I would love to have this apart of my plan since it has become a part of my daily activities.

I'm open to any suggestions! Thank you.

I would think that's your normal daily activity I would only log the extra's you do...
  • 10,000 steps = approximately 5 miles. :)

I'd assess how much walking you're doing and use that info to set your activity level. I walk a total of 3-4 miles each day, and I'm set to "lightly active"

Actually counting it all officially as exercise will give you inflated numbers, and won't contribute to your success.

Your steps can calculate into miles. You can look up online how many calories are burnt walking so many miles.
