I am new to this and I am still trying to figure out how things work. I need all the SUPPORT I can get because this is not the FIRST TIME I have been on a weight loss journey! In the past 5 years I have put on 50 pounds and have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I work out 3 to 5 days a week but I am only getting STRONGER just not SMALLER. I am curious to see if you MF people have any advice that it could help me too. So if anyone is in the range of losing 30-35lbs please add me as a friend & lets encourage one another
I wish you all the best in your journey, it is always encouraging knowing there are others out there.

I've lost 36 lbs and am currently at my goal weight. The one tip I can give is that weight loss is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. If you are not watching the types of food you are eating and replacing empty calories with healthy calories, weight loss will be slow. Also, get a measuring tape and use that to track your progress. Sometimes the scale will not show a change... but you may be losing inches. See "My Journey" under my ticker to see what worked for me. Everyone has their own method for losing weight... but the most important thing is to never give up! Good luck with your journey!0 -
I have lost 155 lbs but with lots of "stuff" happening in my world I have gained about 35 of it back. I have sent you a request.0
