You know that burn you get in your stomach that you get when you are exercising? I was always told that was calcium burning in the muscle. Since starting MFP, I haven't felt that burn while exercising, but tonight, I went walking with my wrist weights and I felt it just a little. Is that burn a bad thing? Should I increase my calcium for today since I didn't make it to 100%?

Not sure about that but there is a lot of research to say that high calcium especially from DAIRY sources helps with fat loss.0
