So I'm sharing this recipe because I just STUFFED myself for only 500 cals!! You can adjust the amounts depending on your caloric needs/hunger.

4 Chicken breasts
1 pouch of Shake and Bake (I used the classic herb and parmesan)
1 spaghetti squash
2-3 cups of pasta sauce
3/4 cup of mozarella ( I used soy cheese and it was just as tasty)


Roast or microwave whole spaghetti squash. Remove seeds and using a fork string squash into spaghetti like strands. While squash is cooking prepare chicken according to directions on Shake and Bake box. Top with 1/2 c (or more) or pasta sauce and 1/4 c (or less) of cheese. Replace in oven and bake until cheese is melty.

Top 1 cup (or more or less) of squash with prepared chicken and serve with veggie of your choice.
