I think it happens to all of us at some point or another. We are not perfect. But what you have to decide is which do you want more? A happier, healthier, slim and trim you? Or feeling rotten about your head dives........I think you know which, and I think you can do this!0

I HEAR YA!!!
I don't have many tips today, 'cause I'm also struggling to get on the straight and narrow.... but I think most of us face this at some point.
I've been trying to think about WHY I'm choosing a healthy lifestyle. . . hoping that will help me regain my motivation. it's not working so well today, but it's a GREAT IDEA! Ha!
I love your ticker and your goals and rewards. Maybe think about those, too. Think about a tangible, realistic plan to that you can do to get back on track.
And, if nothing else, think about and commit to ONE thing you will do TOMORROW. Doesn't have to be the whole enchilada (oooh, enchiladas... mmmm).... but just one, specific thing. Then come up with another one for Friday. Maybe one step at a time will help.
Best of luck!0 -

If I were you I would just go splurge on the new running shoes tonight! do it for yourself! YOU deserve it0 -
You have great goals. Remember every day is a new beginning. No one said this would be easy. I go to bed hungry a lot... I just remember I'd rather be hungry than fight all the giggling. (That I have... not everyone giggles like me.)
I think your short term goals are great. Do you have long term goals, too? I vow to regain the ability to do a backbend. I've made it to cartwheel, but the backbend is my big goal. I also vow to not look ridiculous in my yoga class. Everyone else can do the moves but me.... it's kinda funny, and I can laugh about it because I know I'm gonna change it.
...and a headstand... I'm gonna get there, too!
I try not to take myself too seriously. I try to be lighthearted and remember that i'm human. These help me a lot. They may not work for everyone, but i hope they may help you... at least a little.
My best to you... good luck.

Maybe try to identity why you are struggling.
I have been struggling too lately, but I realize it has coincided with struggling with friendship issues, and making cupcakes on Sunday! Now that the cupcakes are almost gone (eek!) and the issues with the friends are better, I think it will be easier to get back on track.0
