Well so far ive been on this lifestyle change mission for about 3 months all together and in that time ive tackled some major hurdles have cut fast food out, have cut out any alcohol during week nights, healthier food is now the norm on our dinner table, my main drink is water before it was mainly coffee coridal and soft drink, have managed to cut out most of my regualr binges and snacking i have been excercsing almost every night
But the one thing i havent managed is to become more active during the day infact i would say i am now less active i still find myself sitting 90% of the time.
It feels so stupid i know what i should be doing yet i cant seem to make myself and on top of that i find allot of my jobs when standing etc are very slow paced id love to get out and walk and take my son to the park but my babys scedule and my elder sons scedule seem to take up all of my available time and when the baby does finally take her nap im usually mentally exausted and just want to rest
Has anybody else been in a similar situation how did you over come it and was it permanent im not looking for any actual excercises btw i work out at night im more looking for ways to become naturally more active in my everyday life with out becoming exhausted stressed and over tired
