BBL Cardio Axe DVD- 30 min

WEDNESDAY:
Vinyasa Yoga- 90 min
BBL Bum Bum DVD- 30 min
BBL Tummy Tuck DVD- 20 min

THURSDAY:
Belly Dance- 45 min
Bikram Yoga- 90 min
BBL Sculpt- 50 min

FRIDAY:
Vinyasa Yoga- 90 min
Hike: Runyon Canyon- 60 min
BBL Tummy Tuck DVD- 20 min

SATURDAY:
Belly Dance- 45 min
Hike: Runyon Canyon- 60 min

  • Question... where is your rest day? It is very important because it allows your body to recover from a week of hard exercise.

    I normally exercise 5 days a week..Monday-Friday! On Sat & Sun I do little things around the house.
