Eating Healthier, Excersizing more, and going to the restroo

I'm not sure if this is in the right forum...
Is it normal to use the restroom more often while working on losing a significant amount of weight? I don't remember that from last time I started this...

    If you've upped your water intake, then yes. A million times yes.

    What are you eating. If you're eating fake sugar... that will make you go and that's not good. If you're eating quinoa, lentils, etc. that will help clean things out which is good and will make you lose more weight. If you're eating healthy then I think it's good!

    Absolutely eating healthy...
    I'm gluten and dairy free for the most part so I eat a lot of salad, quinoa, chicken, etc
