bloated or just fat???

I keep seeing people post on how they are bloated and blah blah blah...so now Im beginning to question myself and wonder if I am bloated or if its just my fat stomach to begin with....when it comes that time of month I dont really put on really any weight and im already drinking at LEAST 8 cups of water a day somedays more...so how do I know if I am bloated??

also if I am bloated do I just drink more water than my normal 8-11 cups per day because I really dont wanna go out and pay money for "water pills"

    no need to buy water pills. drinking more and eating higher water-dense foods would do the same trick (i would think)

    sometimes if I eat a ton of fiber during the week (and be sure to complement that with LOTS of water) you simply um... get rid of some of that bloat by using the bathroom.

    if that doesn't happen, it might just be fat gathered in your belly area? it is hard to tell!

    I find that I get bloated when I eat whole wheat - regular pasta and pizza crust kill me. I can tell I'm bloated because my abdomen feels tight as a drum. The fat is just extra padding on top of that!

    Now that I've switched to gluten free, my system works SO MUCH better, and I no longer look 4 months pregnant. Sadly, the pudge is still there, but at least my abdomen is soft ! I did lose weight going GF, but that's probably due to the fact that my digestive system was able to function properly.
