It has been one year since I started this weight loss journey and it amazes me how far I've come with this website. I'm happy to say that I only need 25 more pounds to reach my goal weight, The reason I decided to post now is because I reached my mini goal yesterday of 165 pounds, this is huge for me because the last time I weighed this much I was 13 years old and I was attempting to start weight watchers. I'm hoping that by the end of the year i'll be down to my goal weight :smile:

    Amazing!!! You lost 86 pounds so it will be easy for you to lose the remaining 25 lbs more. As you are reaching your goal do not forget to check the ideal weight for women cause you might be too skinny.
