Hi

My name is Michele. I have recently been told i have Ceoliac Disease. Please can any dieters who also follow a Coeloac diet please add me. I need some insiration and help?

    I do not have Celiac, but I do follow a very strict Gluten free diet for other reasons.

    Hello! I am gluten free. There is a great cookbook called: Great Health is a piece of cake. I put in the ingredients for her blueberry buckwheat pancakes and half the recipe turned out to be 240 calories.
