Good morning...
Just received my new Polar FT4 in the mail this week and its all set up ready to go. I can't wait to try it out for my Insanity workouts so they can be accurately entered into the Diary. So far calorie counting continues to work for me as I am down 11 lbs in 3 weeks.

    Wow! 11lbs in 3 weeks - that's awesome!

    So far it's working for me too (never thought it woiuld)... I'm down 10lbs in 4 weeks. :-)

    Good luck with the HRM - same as my one, I love mine. Makes me work harder in the gym.
