I don't particularly have an opinion if it's right or wrong...but it's an interesting read

Great article. Im summary weight does not magically drop off. No matter how hard and how long it takes dont give up! Go at your pace and nobody else's. Staying healthy is a lifestyle not a quick fix. Good luck to all on your journey!0
