New Here

Hello ALL! I am a 34yr old mother of 3. I have never been the heavy type but lately all the weight seems to just stay on. I have been super encouraged by a good friend to start being healthier and exercising. I am now training for my 1st official 5K. I have asthma and am not fit at all. I eat fast food all the time and consume no fruits n veggies. Anyone have any pointers on how to train your palette to like different foods or any weight loss/running training tips? I would really appreciate it. Thanks guys for the support!!!
