Bfast cereal ideas.. for the autumn

I'm not big into my bfast cereals, weetabix bores me and I hate soggy cornflakes. I've recently discovered smoothies, which are good when you have the time to mix it up, and filling.
Or I often have toast with flora light n marmite, which is tasty.
BUT.. I'm after an alternative - all the cereals I like are high cal. Like the Jordans Crunch cereal - is there a low cal version ? Muesli can be a bit "dusty" and dry, but I don't mind that occasionally. I'm gonna try some oats-so-simple as well, I understand they have diff flavours. Worth a try, to keep it varied.
Be nice to have a few options to hand, so I don't end up having the same each day... any ideas ?
