Strength- Am I doing enough?

I've been trying to get better about doing more strength training. After several tries and failures, I have come to the realization that I HATE weight machines and free weights. I stick with it best if I do simple body weight exercises, so I am doing push ups, sit ups, and squats every other day by following the Hundred Push ups type programs.
With the rests between sets, I am spending about 30 minutes per session, 3 times a week. Is this enough?

Just trying to be healthy with a good balance of cardio and strength. I do 60 minutes of cardio 6-7 days a week and everything I have read has said that I need to be mixing in a little strength training. I remember doing a ton of sit ups, push ups, and squats back in basic training, so I thought they might be good choices.0 -
If all you're trying to do is tone up (i.e. not trying to add bulk) doing what you're doing should be fine. Maybe add a few more exercises if possible to address more muscle groups.0
