Has anyone tried or consulted an ayurvedic practioner to create a diet based on their dosha? I've been doing a lot of research and I think it's fascinating! Would love feedback
Thanks!!

I personally think that they are an excellent resource, as they have spent many years studying foods effect on body, mind, and mood. If you have one in your area, definitely check them out!0

salty

While I DON'T believe in that stuff, if you do, than more power to you as long as you dont do unhealthy eating habits
No starving yourself, or swallowing bananas whole.
Ya know, choking hazard and all.0 -

Well it's a good thing my dosha is pitta, I'm supposed to avoid eating bananas. Or else.. it may have been quite the risk.. :P0 -
I don't follow an ayurvedic lifestyle, but the concept is certainly interesting. I was "diagnosed" as a pitta type, and when the practitioner described that body type to me I was amazed at all the things that were spot on. I'm a pitta, too!0
