What are y'alls opinions on the power bars?
I like the chocolate peanut butter and chocolate crisp
300 cals
6 grams of fat (3.5 saturated)
210 mg of sodium
39g of carbs
1 g fiber
19 g sugar
and 23 grams of protein.
I usually eat one or two a day just to get in my calories and protein.
But there is a lot of sugar and fat in it.
do any of you eat these?

Too much sugar and calories. I like Pure Protien chocolate chip which has 200 calories and 3 grams of sugar. I also make my own protien bars so i can control both sugar and calories0

When I started MFP- I ate them regularly but as I continue to modify the way I eat, I have cut them out completely because I'm trying to eat as much "real food" as possible.
My opinion is - if they are working for you great- but you could get your calories and protein from a lot of other things- real stuff.0 -
I think they are OK if you are on the go and desperate, but that's a lot of sugar in one serving to eat daily (for me anyways).0
