Hey everyone! I just started a few days ago and want to know: Should I count every single calorie? Like if I try a bite of something?? Thanks!

I do! well most of it, I occassionally don't count that bit of grated cheese i snuck but the opal fruit i had earlier went on the list.0

Its up to you, if you want accurate reading then yes, but if you don't then no, at the end of the day the way I look at it, is If I'm lying or kidding on then its only myself that is effected, like if you cheat your only cheating yourself. :-D
but yeah tiny bits of food, like a chip here or a mint there, then no I don't record it as its not going to effect anything that much and just climbing the stairs will burn it off.0 -
i try to add everything i can. but for me i have a tight calorie limit so i need to really watch it. Have a great day0

yes, every calorie, they all count. Which ones would you think you don't count?0

I count everything that I eat as well. If nothing else, it gets you into the habit of recording what you're eating!0

I probably would. One bite will lead to one piece...or one bite every hour or two for the entire day leads to eatin the whole box.
If you want something that bad, have it and log it. Or portion it to smaller pieces so you can snack on it on and off all day, but count it as a whole.
Don't let snacking turn into cheating...could really just hold you back altogether!0 -
