got some whole almonds yesterday and serving size = 3 tbls/160 calories. Seriously, how many almonds can you get on a tablespoon? 3-4? Not real clear how many make up those 160 calories. Any ideas?

There are a few different options in the database. I count mine instead of trying to measure0 -
For Blue Diamond Roasted Salted Almonds it is 28 nuts (about 1 oz) for 170cal. I do not know if these are the same size as yours though, I would do as the others have said and weigh.0

I use a votive candle cup (those glass ones) to measure nuts by the ounce. It is the perfect measuring device for that.0
