    Molson 67 beer is pretty good, too, i actually really enjoy the slight citrus flavour in it! 67 calories a bottle! Enjoy!

    Thanks everyone those were a lot of really good suggestions. Gave me a lot to work with. I have found one drink that I really like. it is Mint Tea with Fresh mint leaves in it with a shot of Jack Daniels Honey Whiskey. The tea has no calories I'll have to see what the whiskey is but in the end it is really good and way less calories than a beer.

    SoCo is about 50 calories a shot. Jager is 100. Jack is about 65.

    Im all about the shots, so theres some recommendations

    I love uv blue vodka and crystal light lemonade. uv has 69 calories per 1 ounce and the crystal light has 5. I just eat less if I'm going to drink. Might not be the right way, but if I don't have a little fun once in a while, what's the use??!!

    I drink scotch and coke zero, even when not on a modified eating plan, and just cut out something else during the day to compensate. i find that its not so much the drink it's the chips and stuff that are usually hanging around at get togethers that are the problem.
