which food to prefer

I am new to this site and want to loose weight sooner.i dont find it working much with myself. just wanted to have any advice on which food do i need to prefer. what i guessed till now, that i need to prefer eggs and vegetable diet, to have less claories. is it right what i guessed so far.

Kindly suggest any good combination of food, as i cant cope with hunger much. want to have food that can affect to its minmum.Would highly appreciate your help.

    Fresh fruit is easy to take with you. I eat a lot of grilled chicken and salad. Its really about being mindful of what you are choosing to eat. Don't deprive yourself - but rather find healthy things that you like! Its fun to try new things!
  • I like to stick to chicken breast, leaner cuts of beef & port for my protean. A lot of broccoli, green beans, corn and salad.
