I have Aunt Millie's 100% Whole Wheat english muffins. The front says 120 cal per serving. The nutrion panel on the back says 100 cal. The ones I find in the database don't match this muffin. I changed info to fit the ones I have now I can't find it anywhere except in my foods which won't post to my diary. Seems like a lot of trouble for 20 cal. The one in the database says 110 cal and the everything else is different too! I'm so confused!!! Any help??

Is the serving size the same on the front and back, or is the front the size of the muffin and the back per 100g? If not, I'd go for the middle, 110 and not worry over 10 calories.

  • I'm really more aggravated over not being able to post it from my foods but whatever. Yes and the serving sizes are the same. I know I shouldn't worry over 10 calories. But sometimes it can make a difference.:ohwell:

You could burn off the extra calories just to be sure? Run up and down stairs for a few minutes perhaps!
  • the 10 calories would mean almost 22 muffins to put 1 ounce on your *kitten*!
