how many cups of beans/rice do you think fits in one of thos

so i got my wahoos to go today and the portions on the rice and beans look considerably smaller than on the plate. Maybe its just me? Does anyone know approximately how many cups fit into the "sides" containers of one of those big stryofoam containers? You know the kind that have a big section at the bottom and 2 smaller sections at the top? I'm talking about the smaller sections at the top. if I fill it with beans but not rounded or overflowing, give me your best rough guess!

Id say 1/2 cup max.

If it isn't filled all the way to the top of the compartment you're probably around 1/2 cup.
