Tesco Meal replacement diet

Hey guys, just started new on this website and also started a new diet and I wanted to say hello there!!

I always see people starting diets, letting everyone know and logging there progress as they go along, i have found this quite inspiring and decided to give it a go myself.

So i will start off by giving a bit of info about myself, I am a final year uni student studying Biomedical Science, Im 23 and I am 152cm(5ft) and weigh 82.7kg. I am getting married next summer (not decided on the exact month probably july though) and decided to lose weight for the big day!! I have set myself a target of dieting for the next 6 month and going to the gym 3 days a week and taking 2 meals replacement shakes for breakfast and evening meal while eating a good meal at about 500kcals at lunch. This is purely because i need my energy when Im in the labs working away! I am also going to be eating in between lots of fruit and drinking about 1.5 to 2 litres of water. I have started it today (as i started uni today just easier for me to track! :D) so I will track how much weight I have lost and let everyone know if it works! wish me luck!! :bigsmile:
