I've been doing the "Thin Thighs" and "Great Abs" videos which is mainly types of squats and lunges and crunches. But I'm not sure how to enter them as cardio because they definitely give you a cardio workout as well as strength training. Does anyone know how I can look this up in the database or what I should be typing in?

Would it be the same as Callisthenics (push ups, sit ups) that's in the list. Failing that, a heart rate monitor is fantastic for measuring calories burnt so you can enter your own exercise. :bigsmile:0
