Hi All! Just stopping in to say hello, I've been reading some of the posts for the last week or so.

Suggestions for a newbie? Encouragement or linking up with others that I could encourage too?

Started working out seriously again about 6 weeks ago. Finally got back on the bandwagon with watching what I eat about 2 weeks ago. Now, trying to drop some weight. (I had used MFP in the early summer and dropped about 7 lbs but went off the wagon then for about 6 weeks)

Have my goals set at 1.5 lbs a week but it's tough! Right now I'd LOVE to go eat something totally unhealthy.

Starting weight : 202
Current weight : 190
Mini goal : 180 by 11/3/11 - TOUGH goal, at least for me but this is before we head to HAWAII
Trying to decide a Christmas goal - maybe 175?
Final goal (at least for now) 160 by 5/1/12.

    Welcome back!!! You stats & goals are very similar to mine. I am hoping to get to 180 by XMas as my husband & I have booked a trip to the Dominican.
    I think you can TOTALLY hit your goal (opr close to it) of with hard work and dedication!
